Initial face to face meeting
PFD pride ourselves on being practical and easy to work with. At our initial meeting we get to know you and your business, and explain our services. Discussion will include opportunities and any pressure points within your business. We’ll talk about your business goals, and help quantify them in terms of growth, profitability or an exit strategy.
Agree an action plan
Moving forward, we undertake a company financial health check, reviewing key areas and controls. We then discuss how we’ll work together – On site, Virtual or Hybrid – and agree a simple-to- understand action plan.
Ongoing management
PFD initiate focused Management Information (MI) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI’s) Dashboards to help you run your business and achieve your goals. We coach, mentor & support the Finance team as your business develops.
We provide regular reporting – Management Accounts to let you know how your business has performed, and financial modelling to forecast future outcomes.
We calculate profitability of products, services and customers, benchmarking these against your industry.
PFD is your financial guardian angel. We watch over the financial areas of the business, freeing up your time to focus on your priorities.
Strategic advice
PFD assist with leading and driving process improvements within the business. We regularly review business performance and refine strategy to support growth and expansion.
Need an independent viewpoint? It can be lonely running your own business, and we act as a sounding board and trusted confidante, helping you make difficult decisions with impartial advice.
